Bill Payment/Account Access

We have several options for you to pay your bill or access your account:

Access our online portal here: Pay Bill

By phone: Call 1-888-706-4754 and select Option 2 for 24-hour account access.

Draft: Never be late or miss a payment by having your monthly bill drafted from your bank or credit card account. Sign up via your online account portal, then select the Payments tab and Pay by Draft.

CheckOut: Pay your bill where you shop! Generate a barcode on your phone (or print it from your computer) and take the barcode to a participating retailer, such as Dollar General, Family Dollar and CVS, to scan it and make your cash payment. Visit http://centralaccess.sedccheckout.com and enter your account number.

By mail: You will receive a paper statement by mail which you can return with your payment.

In person: Pay at the drive-through at Central Alabama Electric Cooperative offices located in Clanton, Prattville, Rockford and Wetumpka, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. The Clanton, Rockford and Wetumpka offices open at 7:30 a.m., close from noon to 1 p.m. and close for business at 4:30 p.m. The Prattville office is open from 7:30 a.m. through 4:30 p.m.
